Pinpoint Resume stores the resume, facts, and files you save so you can tailor them to a job posting. We use that material only to provide the product to you.

We email you to verify your address, reset a password, confirm Pro, and remind you before Pro ends. Support messages you send us are stored so we can reply, and a copy is forwarded to our support inbox.

Admins can see account counts, plan status, and support messages. They cannot read your resume or a job posting from the admin portal.

We record the page you open, an approximate city from your IP address, and the address itself. The address is removed after 7 days. The city and page stay for 90 days, along with a one-way hash that cannot be turned back into the address.

You can delete your account from Account. That erases your resume, facts, and saved files and signs you out. Payment records we are required to keep stay on the account that was charged. Pro is sold only with a United States billing address.
